Delivery Conditions

Orders are delivered to curbside . This means that all merchandise will be delivered to the front door of the home. In these cases, the carrier is not required to bring the merchandise up to the apartment.

Shipping times

Our product delivery times are estimated to be 3 to 5 business days in UK.

For shipments to North Ireland, delivery may take up to 7 days.

Deliveries are made Monday through Friday. You can email info@jowyoriginals.co.uk or contact +44 7761 927951 with your order number to request a tracking number and the shipping agent’s contact information.

Customer service hours: Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Shipping costs

At Jowy, shipments over £200 are free of charge within the UK. For smaller orders, a shipping fee will be applied.

In Northern Ireland, shipping has a flat rate of £120,00.

Other shipments are subject to a specific cost depending on the region.
