Refund Policy & Warranty
Warranty:
Our products have a three-year consumer warranty, as required by current legislation. This legislation establishes a six-month warranty for business customers. Proof of purchase is required to exercise your right to make a claim.
Likewise, under current legislation, the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or poor maintenance of the material, or damage resulting from causes beyond the company’s control (e.g., fires, floods, etc.), nor does it cover deterioration or wear of the product resulting from regular, continuous use.
Return and exchange policy:
- The customer must inspect the material upon arrival. Any anomalies must be noted on the delivery note in order to file a claim.
- If you receive damaged material, please indicate this on the delivery note and file a claim within 48 hours of receiving the material. Damage will not be addressed after this time.
- The refund will always be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
- Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
- The customer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the order.
- The return must be made with the material in its original packaging or, failing that, in packaging that guarantees its protection during transport.
- Returns will not be accepted if the customer or user has used the material.
- Only complaints received through our complaint form (go to the complaint form ) will be addressed.
